Sunday Day 1
2 ounce shot of Vemma (juice) (will give you more info on)
banana & walnuts
4 eggs
chicken breast
1 ounce acai berry
1 ounce pomegranate
4 jumbo shrimp
home made salad no dressing lemon juice only
brown rice
chicken leg/thigh (no skin)
home made brownie & pecan pie
this was a scheduled treat (cheat) as I am starting second 12 week UTC
done with cheats and treats for a long time

banana cashews dried no salt no sugar
